My quest for flavour brought me to start to write my own recipes and to my pioneering work of using water instead of cream in my mutli-award winning Water Ganache.
I can now see all the way from the work done in the plantation to the final dish or creation.
I care for it all of the way because it is so important for the flavour and nutrition to arrive at its final destination and to be effective!
All of this experience and knowledge is at your disposal.
I love to teach and share my passion, from one on one to small and large groups to an onstage demo for 200 people.
